The 2016 NTBA T-Bucket Nationals in Indianapolis last month was a huge success. With T-Buckets coming from over half the states in the U.S. the 2016 NTBA T-Bucket Nationals offered the quantity and quality that left everyone fulfilled. And that’s not even mentioning all the fun cruises, tours, cookouts and other events!

Speaking of fun tours, one of the most fascinating ones of the T-Bucket Nationals was a visit to the vast Don Schumacher Racing facility in nearby Brownsburg, Indiana. Fortunately, talented T-Bucket owner Todd Mullins took inspiration from a Rod & Custom magazine cover back in the 1960s and with brother Alan scurried up on the Schumacher roof to take the above awesome shot of T-Buckets in attendance.
If you missed out on the Nationals in Indy, though, the good news is that there are three more scheduled events this year, as noted on the schedule below.
And be sure to visit the National T-Bucket Alliance website for the latest information because something new is being added all the time. The NTBA wants to make it easy for everyone, no matter where you may be located across the country, to be able to take in one or more T-Bucket events each year.
To give you an idea of the wide variety of beautiful, creative and downright funky T-Buckets that were in attendance at the 2016 NTBA T-Bucket Nationals, below is a photo gallery with close to 100 T-Buckets. This doesn’t represent all of the T-Buckets that were there because I took these shots as they were leaving for a Saturday morning outing to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway to take a couple laps around the famous brickyard.

Thanks Terry. Your Green T certainly caught my eye. Is that a ’33 Willys grille shell? Love the uniqueness of your T.
