I don’t know about you, but I won’t pass up the opportunity to win a complete, running, cool-looking, titled T-Bucket for a mere investment of $25. And, even if I don’t win it, I still have a chance at cash prizes of $1200, $750 and even a 4th place prize of $550. Even better is knowing proceeds go to support Operation Holiday Morale, which benefits families of our men and women in uniform. And I almost forgot to mention that only 3000 tickets are being sold! The raffle first prize is a 1923 Ford T-bucket roadster, with Chevy 350 cubic inch engine (2-bolt main, 1 piece rear main seal, .030 over flat top Federal hypereutectic pistons, 490 Crane cam, lifters, valve springs 3-angle valves, Edelbrock 600 CFM 4 barrel carburetor), 4 wheel disc brakes, Chevy 350 turbo automatic transmission, and Pennsylvania title.
Tickets are $25.00 each and the last day to buy tickets is November 13, 2010. Tickets may be purchased by money order or certified check made payable to ALR Post 49 and mailed to: Dave Nero, RR 3 Box 393, Troy, PA 16947 (be sure to include your phone number and tell ’em TBucketPlans.com sent you).
American Legion Riders (ALR) Post 49 is a 501 (c) (3), non profit organization. At the time the chapter was formed there were 7 original members. Now, 2 years later there are over 40 members. The Riders participate in local parades and motorcycle events to raise money to support local charities and military programs such as Big Brothers/Big Sisters and the Wounded Warriors Project. All proceeds of the raffle will go to support veteran’s organizations and families of our men and women in uniform.
The sale of the raffle tickets will end at the purchase of 3000 tickets being sold. Drawing date is November 14, 2010. Therefore ticket purchases must be made by November 13, 2010.
Tickets may be purchased by any legal US or Canadian resident. Minors need parental/guardian consent at drawing of winning ticket.
Payments must be received by Nov 13, 2010. Payments received after Nov 13, 2010 will be returned to sender. All sales are final; no refunds shall be made at any time. Participants acknowledge that purchase does not guarantee they will win a prize.
ALR Post 49 will present the winner with a clean title, free and clear of any liens. ALR does not warrant the condition of the vehicle and specifically states the vehicle is being raffled in “AS IS” condition. The winner hereby releases ALR Post 49, its officers, agents and members from any responsibility in connection with any loss, accident or death incurred in connection with the use of this prize. ALR Post 49 does not make nor is responsible to warranty or guaranty with regards to this prize. Cash prizes will be paid within 14 days of announcing the winners.
Winner shall be solely responsible for any costs associated with use or ownership of the prize. Taxes, fees and any surcharges relating to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize transfers are permitted. No prize shall be refunded or exchanged for cash.
By entering the raffle, participants agree to abide by the rules and regulations associated with this raffle. ALR Post 49 reserves the right to amend, revise and interpret these rules as it sees fit. The winner is responsible for all taxes, tariffs, duties, shipping, licensing/registration fees and miscellaneous costs related to the prize won. The winner shall be responsible for the transportation of the prize.
One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on Nov 14, 2010 and announced at ALR Post 49 and the winner will be immediately notified.
Odds of winning the 1923 Ford T-bucket are 1 in 3000. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner need not be present to win. All sales are final. No refund or cancellations.
